All products sold on Kutty Learning are digital downloadable educational worksheets delivered electronically after successful payment.
Since digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all purchases are considered final.
Due to the nature of digital goods:
We do not offer refunds once the order is successfully completed.
Refunds cannot be issued after worksheets are downloaded or accessed.
Digital products are non-tangible and cannot be returned like physical items.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional situations:
If you do not receive download access or product delivery within 24 hours after successful payment, please contact us.
After verification, we will:
Resend the product access, or
Issue a full refund if delivery fails.
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same product, the extra payment will be refunded after verification.
As our products are delivered instantly in digital format, order cancellations are not allowed once payment is completed.
If a refund request qualifies under the exceptions above:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
